Pricing

All pricing is based on a backyard size of 1/8th of an acre. Yards bigger than this will be based on size for an additional charge and price will be agreed upon between location and customer before service begins. If you would like your front yard cleaned also, this will be an additional charge based on size. There is a first time cleanup fee for every new yard we start. Pricing varies and is based on the amount of waste removed.

Additional Fees

If the area we are cleaning has any of the following apply, additional charges may occur. Rocks - up to $10 additional per visit. Front and backyard on property - assessed at booking. Decks/patios/sidewalks - up to $10 per month. Loose Stool - regular frequency could be an additional $5 per visit.

Prepaying for service

When clients prepay for service we offer discounts for doing so. If prepaying for 6 months we offer a 5% discount on regular service. If prepaying for 12 months we offer a 10% discount on regular service. If you choose to prepay for 6 or 12 months of service and choose to cancel during your subscription we will only refund in extreme circumstances (ex: death of dog or homeowner). Refunds will be at the discretion of Poo Squad to determine if refund is warranted. This refund will be the remaining balance less the discount received when booked and a $29 refund fee for admin costs. 

Holidays

Poo Squad recognizes - Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day as holidays that we do not provide service. We also take the week of 12.25 through 1.1 off each year to allow our team to spend time with their families. If your pickup day falls on one of these days or during our holiday week, we will skip that week and pickup the following week. We always do our best if a customer needs something done during a scheduled holiday week to coordinate a pickup. We ask for customers to reach out and we will do our best to coordinate if a holiday interrupts your normal service. There are no refunds for a missed pickup. We still will have to do all the work and pickup the poop from the week before.
