Owning your own Poo Squad location is what the dream is all about. We have 20+ locations and growing strong across the country building the American dream. Poo Squad is a low investment, quick startup for the right person with the right vision. So what do you need to know to get started? Let us share some details with you and help get you started on the path to a more balanced life!

What to expect

Running a business obviously comes with a time commitment. Those that put in the time, energy and effort into building their locations will always rise to the top. It's important to know you are building a business based off of a solid, known brand in the industry but you still have much work ahead. 

In your first number of weeks you will work closely with the Poo Squad Headquarters team to get our business off the ground. This team will get all documents dialed in, create your phone number, create your social media pages, showcase resources we use, and get your plan in place for the first 12 weeks. This initial plan will help you to know what your focus should be to get the ball rolling.

Once you have that plan it's your obligation to run with. Our team of franchise owners will be right along side you to push you to your goals through our weekly calls, monthly one-on-ones and always being there to support you every step of the way.

Cost Investment

Your cost to own a franchise location is $7500 per location. Locations are based on a population radius / county. Some of our locations own multiple franchises and would just require the $7500 for each additional location. 

In your first few months it's important to create yourself a budget. You will be spending more than you are generating in sales but that is to be expected. If you focus on the right expenses early on you can turn the profit around much quicker. Your expenses in the beginning, while still relatively low compared to other businesses, should focus on generating sales long-term. Things like advertising pieces, a vehicle, due to join networking groups, uniform, etc. all will help focus in on where you want to be.
