What to expect

Completing the request form

Once you complete our form on the Poo Squad website our squad will follow back up with you based on the information completed on that form. We will communicate what day of the week we can get you started and what day we would be providing regular service. Our team will then discuss what the pricing will look like and how the communication will occur each week before we arrive. 

Our goal is always to respond within 24 hours and get you on a schedule within the week. 

Day of Service

On your day of service you will receive an automated message at 8am reminding you of the day's appointment. You have the ability to confirm the appointment through the text message received but confirming is not necessary. When our technician is on the way to complete service you will receive a second message letting you know we are 10-15 minutes away from arriving. 

When our team arrives we will access the yard based on the notes provided upon your initial request. Our team will walk the property and complete service. If we have a gate we must access to clean the property then upon completion our team will send an emailed report of the ate being latched and your service being completed.

Billing

Your initial cleanup will be charged on your first visit. On your second visit we will charge the first monthly payment that will cover you through the upcoming month. This monthly payment will reoccur on the same date moving forward each month. Poo Squad prebills for monthly service each month similar to other subscription services you may have in your home.
