Accessing your yard 

It is your responsibility to make sure that Poo Squad has access to the area that you need cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. Many Poo Squad customers will use padlocks and combinations and give us the code so we can access and secure the yard when we leave. You can also give us a key, garage/gate code or leave the gate unlocked. If we come to your house and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or your dog will not allow us, we will skip your visit for that week and try again on your next scheduled visit.

Leaves, Sticks, or Other Debris

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Please understand it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, do not be surprised when you uncover some dog waste that we may have missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will likely get anything missed once yard maintenance is complete.
