General Information

History and Background

Poo Squad is a dog waste removal company that was founded in March of 2017 by Jamie and Ashley Coones in Manhattan, Kansas. We saw a need in the market for a high-quality service that customers could come to rely on. We wanted to take a remedial job that you beg and plead for your kids/spouse to do that they rarely actually do and turn it into a professional service.  We made the decision very early on that if this is what we were going to do, we were going to be the absolute best at it and make sure that the customer service experience was second to none.  We have certainly had our growing pains but I think we have achieved that goal.  I think our customers agree, just read our Facebook and Google reviews.

As people have started to take notice, we have had A LOT of interest in licensing our brand.  Our philanthropic work in the community, branding and customer service have been highlighted several times and to our excitement, other people around the country have shown interest in starting their own Poo Squad locations. After careful consideration and a rigorous vetting process, we have decided to expand into other areas with some great partners!  Our Poo Squad locations all over the country are widely regarded as the leaders in the industry and have earned several accolades along the way! 

This may seem like a silly business and we certainly have a lot of fun with it but we also want to make sure that each and every customer gets the best service possible.  In our opinions, that means that you don't ever have to think about it or ask questions, the job just gets done every single time without any hassle to you.  We also realize that no one is perfect so if you feel like we have failed at any of these things, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@thepoosquad.com.

What we do

We pick up dog poop at residential and commercial clients homes and businesses. We also deodorize properties upon request after the yard is scooped. We also work with commercial properties to maintain dog waste stations on site as well as install them for their residents/community.

Residential Service

We go to our clients homes at whatever frequency they would like, collect all of the dog poop and take it with us (where allowed by law, some places do not let us haul it with us). We also offer deodorizer service upon completion.

Commercial Service

We pick up dog poop at many apartment complexes, hotels, dog parks, doggie daycares and homeowner associations all over the United States. We off scooping, sanitizing, deodorizing and pet waste station service.
