Weather

In the event of inclement weather our team will contact you in regards to postponing service if necessary. We work through all seasons including rain, summer heat, freezing temps, and snow. Not often, but occasionally, the weather prevents us from completing service. In those cases we postpone service until your next scheduled service and catch up then.

In most cases of rain, we work around lightning and heavy downpours and push yards into the next day or two in order to get completed. Rain typically doesn't prevent us from having to postpone to a future visit.

Dog bites

We do ask that dogs are in during most visits in order to prevent injury from happening. On the rare occasion a dog would get out or be let out on our technicians during a visit and harm the employee we ask to be contacted right away. Safety of our employees and the dogs we service is paramount to us but should any incident occur our manager or lead technician would be out immediately to address the concerns and assess any injuries.
